From Local to Global Business - Aligning IT strategy with Business Processes
Course Description
The main goal of the course is to provide students with insight into the principles of corporate development, entrepreneurship and innovation in both “old” and “new” economy/business.
Students will gain an insight into business responsibilities when dealing with customers, by using the Internet.
Furthermore, the aim is to provide students with detailed knowledge
of the new technologies (IT) that are applicable in an e-business
context.
Finally, the course will develop student insight into practical
business management by using senior managers/business cases from
public/private enterprises such as course lecturers - and
letting the students solve practical assignments.
